Booking Conditions
1. Your Holiday Contract
A binding contract is formed once we issue your confirmation invoice. This contract is subject to these booking conditions.
By making a booking, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of everyone in your party and that you do accept them.
2. Paying for Your Holiday
A deposit is required at the time of booking. The amount (or percentage per person) will be advised when you book.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 weeks before departure.
If the deposit or balance is not paid on time, we may cancel your booking. If the balance is not paid, your deposit will be retained.
3. If You Cancel Your Holiday
Cancellation charges will apply but will vary with each Tour Operator we deal with.
4. If You Change Your Booking
If you wish to make changes after your confirmation invoice has been issued (such as dates or accommodation), we will try to help, but changes may not always be possible.
All requests must be made in writing by the lead passenger to your travel agent.
You will be charged:
- An administration fee of £50, plus
- Any additional costs incurred by us or suppliers
Costs may increase closer to departure. Some arrangements (such as certain airline tickets) may not be changeable and could incur cancellation charges of up to 100%.
5. When We Can Change or Cancel Your Holiday and the Price
We plan holidays well in advance, and occasionally changes may be necessary. We reserve the right to make changes or cancel at any time.
We will not cancel your holiday within 14 weeks of departure, except:
- For reasons of force majeure, or
- If you fail to pay the balance on time
6. ABTA Membership
We are an ABTA member (55562) and follow ABTA’s Code of Conduct.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may use ABTA’s dispute resolution scheme or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
7. If You Have a Complaint
Any problems during your holiday should be reported immediately to the supplier and our local representative.
If unresolved, write to us within 28 days of returning home, including your booking reference. Failure to report issues promptly may affect your rights.
8. Assistance While in Resort
Where problems arise due to circumstances beyond our control or third parties, we will provide reasonable assistance where possible.
9. Passports, Visas, and Immigration
You are responsible for ensuring you meet all passport, visa, and immigration requirements. We accept no liability if you are unable to travel due to non-compliance.
10. Excursions
Any excursions booked during your holiday are not part of your package with us. Your contract will be with the excursion provider, and we accept no responsibility for those services.
11. Exchange Rates
Prices were calculated using exchange rates published in the Financial Times Guide to World Currencies on 24 April 2018.
12. Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by English law, unless you choose the law of Scotland or Northern Ireland and live there.
13. Prices
We reserve the right to change advertised prices. The final price will be confirmed before booking.
For infant fares, a child must be under 2 years old on the return flight date, in line with Air Navigation Orders.
